musiam is an art and music competition for middle to high school students designed to exhibit commonalities across geographic borders and demographic identities that best represents the environment, their community and social issues.

 

students will be given the opportunity create and enter one piece of art in any medium, i.e. pastel, watercolor, oil, charcoal, mixed media and photography. each student artist will also submit the name and recording of their favorite song to accompany their art work. as with their art, this will bring awareness to their similarities in their listening choices or will introduce new music.
